They always do the right thing very friendly even though sometimes they tell you things you don’t want to hear

We have dealt with Heartland for years & always have great service with whatever we need done. We trust what they need to do & what they tell us & for the most part it is always the top priority for them to do what they say they are going to do. We feel they have always been fair & they make you feel you are an important customer. We are very sad that Joe has left as he will be greatly missed. He was one of the main reasons we trade there.

Fantastic, I was from out of town and they at Heartland treated me like family. Helped me with everything I needed and didn’t even ask me to wait. They just immediately helped me.

Our salesman wasn't friendly , when we picked up our truck we waited a long time . He wanted to deliver it to us , I told him we wanted to pick it up . He didn't get our message ? The finance gal in Lexington was wrong about the cost of the tags . Rachel was right on . I wanted a sunroof in my truck ? I Love the truck we purchased .
